Branching off from this highway, is the actual road that leads to the Berkhedi village, where on a 3-acre piece of land is the space for Rang Vidushak: The Bansi Kaul Centre for Theatre Practice, Research and Education (BKC).
Rang Vidushak has always been and will remain to be a space for grooming young students aspiring to become theatre personalities with a purpose to serve society in a better way, while they complete their graduation course. It has worked as a modern gurukul, where its theatre practice becomes the means for education in the broadest sense of the term. It has been a rangateerth for those wanting to view and recognise theatre as something more than mere performance. It has been in the best sense a khanqah… a Shrine on Crossroads, where one gathers, interacts and then moves on.
